We stayed in two hotels. The first one, Lardos Bay Hotel, is onde of the smaller, cozy hotels in Rhodes, in the south east part of the island. Next to Lindos, so easy to visit the place. Fine staff, rooms and good food. A place to relax, away from the main roads.
After four days we went to the Nautical all senses Blue hotel. This one could use a bit of maintenance but the rooms were large, the food was good and varied. Lying next to the sea we had a good time there.
For both hotels you definitely need a car. Traveling by bus is possible, but take quite a bit of time.
All and all our third visit to Rhodes was again a succes.
